High Pressure Laminates (HPL)

High-Pressure Laminate (HPL) is commonly used as the decorative surface for residential and commercial countertops, cabinets, backsplashes, retail fixtures and many other applications. HPL is a paper-based product created by bonding melamine-impregnated decorative papers to layers of resin-treated kraft paper under heat and pressure (more than 1,000 PSI) to form a decorative laminate. By bonding our decorative paper your laminates can take on the look of natural woodgrains, real stone, and abstract designs. Creating extremely durable and stylish finishes to enhance all diverse types of living or working spaces.

Applications:

Residential, Office, Commercial

Thermally Fused Laminates (TFL)

We also supply the décor design for treaters and laminators of Thermally Fused Laminates (TFL). Our imaging technology enables the manufacture of TFL panels in an endless variety of colors, abstract patterns, stones, and wood grains creating a realist decorative surface that replaces fragile and rare veneers. It is the most effective method of evoking finished or raw wood surfaces. TFL is made by fusing our design sheet directly to a substrate (typically particle board or MDF) which creates a finished panel ready to be machined and processed. TFL panels are made with better-than-carbon-neutral composite wood cores. Wood grains, gloss/matte variations and other textured effects are utilized during the lamination process thereby positioning TFL as a versatile and realistic decorative surface choice. TFL panels are durable, easily cleaned, and maintain high scratch and wear characteristics.
